Ann Louise Lowe, 74, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2017. She was born on Saturday, October 17, 1942, in Peekskill, New York, to Lawrence Steward Clarke and Marion Helen (Mann) Clarke, both of whom have preceded her in death. Ann was also preceded in death by her sons, Herbert Lawrence Westphal and Kenneth Wayne Westphal. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband Dr. Thomas Elton Lowe, Jr.; daughters, Barbara Ann Westphal-Lott, and Christi Ann Westphal; sister, Kathleen Ellen Clarke Austin; grandchild, Courtney Dawn Westphal; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends.
