Billie Sue Buckner, 69, of Cleveland, Texas passed away Friday May 13, 2016 in Humble Texas. She was born Tuesday February 25, 1947, in Cleveland, Texas to Freeman and Ethel (Bohannon) Fulcher, both of whom preceded her in death. Billie is also preceded in death by her husband Jay Buckner; son Jeff Buckner; brothers, Lloyd Fulcher, Jackie Fulcher, and Ronnie Fulcher.
Left to cherish her memory is her children, Rickey Buckner and wife Catherine, Michael Buckner, and Tonya Dumesnil; brothers Carl Fulcher, Kenneth Fulcher and wife Janet, Richard Fulcher, and Eddie Fulcher; sister Charlene Gilmore, and companion Willis Lucas; grandchildren Stephanie Buckner, Jeremy Buckner, Tyler Dumesnil, and Michaela Buckner.
A memorial service for Billie will be held at Neal Funeral Home, Wednesday May 18, 2016 at 1pm.
