Billy Lee Swarthout

Billy Lee Swarthout, 85, of Splendora, Texas passed away on Friday, April 03, 2015. He was born on Monday, June 17, 1929 in Norphlet, Arkansas to Harry Earl and Pearl Alexis (Simmons) Swarthout, both of whom have preceded him in death. Billy was also preceded in death by his wife, Bernice Swarthout; brothers, Jimmy Earl Swarthout and Harold Eugene Swarthout; grand-daughters, Brenda Gail Kellum, Victoria Ann Baker, and Mindy Lea Mitchell. Left to cherish his memory are his children, Randy Swarthout, Terry Leigh Mitchell, Joe Vaughn Patterson and wife Dorrie, Jimmy Lee Patterson, Barbara Warner, Joe Bounds and wife Debbie, Margaret Lindley and husband Bill; sisters, Mildred Platt, Dorothy Murchison, and Judy Mitschke; 21 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Billy will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Saturday, April 04, 2015 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Funeral Services will commence at 4:00 pm. Brother Frank Borman, Officiating.
