Cynthia Snoe Obituary

Cynthia Snoe, 57, passed away on Sunday November 19, 2017, in Conroe, Texas. Cynthia was born Wednesday January 13, 1960, in Elsworth, Kansas to Milton and Barbara Kay (Crawford) Billingsley, both of whom preceded her in death. Cynthia was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard Snoe. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Tim "Andy"Garza and wife Tammy; brothers, Tommy Billingsley and wife Debbie, Darrell Billingsley and wife Jackie; sisters, Patricia Tanner and husband Johnny, Cheryl Freiga and husband Curtis, Lura Hammonds and husband Dick; grandchildren, Timothy "TJ", and Alyssa Garza; numerous other loving family and treasured friends.
A memorial service will be held at Grace Baptist Church, New Caney, Texas, on Friday December 1, 2017 at 6 pm. All arrangements were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home
