Dalton Day

Dalton Day, 76, of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Monday, March 31, 2014 He was born on Sunday, June 20, 1937 in Evergreen, Texas to Jimmie Lee Day and Allene Lilley Day, both of whom have preceded him in death. Dalton was also preceded in death by his daughter, Catherine Denise Day; brother, Robert Max Day; sister, Jimmie Lee (Day) Rega; daughter-in-law, Karyn Karleen Day; Left to cherish his memory is his loving spouse Dora Day; children, Richard Dalton Day, Kimberly Quiram and husband Martin, Robert Marcus Koon and wife Cindy, Tommy Watts and wife Lorie; sisters, Wanda Moritz and Rita Higdon; grandchildren, TSG Ryan Dalton Day and wife Isabella, Kelly Elisabeth Day, Jeffrey Quiram and wife Staci, Ashlea Quiram, Madison Quiram, Coleigh Koon, Moffett Koon, Justin Watts and wife Staci, Cassandra Watts; great-grandchildren, Craig Miles Day, Bryaunna Triplett, Josephine Watts, Savannah Watts; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Dalton was a life time resident of the Cleveland area, he was dedicated to his family and drove a truck for many years. He was loved by all that knew him and he will truly be missed. Visitation for Dalton will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held at Neal Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Interment for Dalton will immediately follow at Magnolia Cemetery, Pastor Tobey Clements, officiating.
