Dorothy "Dottie" Frances Goldsmith

Dorothy, "Dottie" Frances Goldsmith, 77, of New Caney, Texas passed away on Monday, August 25, 2014. She was born on Monday, December 28, 1936 in Milledgeville, Georgia to William Fountain and Jewel Turner - Peacock Fountain, both of whom have preceded her in death. Dorothy was also preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, James Goldsmith; brothers, Billy and, James Edward Fountain; Left to cherish her memory is her loving children, James Goldsmith Jr of Houston TX; Debbie Wootton and husband Troy of Porter TX and Don Goldsmith of New Caney TX.; sister, Patricia Killen of Denver CO; grandchildren, Thomas, Karina, Johnny, Steven, Jeremiah, Dana, and Jason; 11 great grandchildren, along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Dorothy will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Thursday, August 28, 2014 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held, at Neal Funeral Home on Friday, August 29, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Interment for Dorothy will immediately follow at Brookside Memorial Park Cemetery, Houston TX. Officiating Brian Neal. All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
