Eleanor Grace Strawhun, 79, of Splendora, Texas passed away on Monday, November 16, 2015. She was born on Friday, June 5, 1936 in Jacksonville, North Carolina to Christopher Sheperd and Kathleen (Hanson) Sheperd, both of whom have preceded her in death. Eleanor was also preceded in death by her husband, Earnest Strawhun, son, Robert Cavanaugh, Jr., brother, Bill Sheperd. Left to cherish her memory is her loving sons, Charles Cavanaugh, Christopher Cavanaugh; two brothers, Charles Sheperd, William Sheperd; sister Lita Jane Cavanaugh and husband Robert, Sr.; grandchildren, Brandi Cavanaugh Kelsey, April Cavanaugh, Tori Cavanaugh, Crystal Garrison and Tim Cavanaugh; 12 great-grandchildren; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends.
