Emma Ruth Allard

Emma Ruth Allard, 72, of Taylor, Texas passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2015. She was born on Sunday, September 13, 1942 in Swifton, Arkansas to Ludie and Sadie Pauline (Hunter) Norris, both of whom have preceded her in death. Emma was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Doris Adams; brothers, James Earl and Clifford Norris, Left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Tammy Sandifer and husband Jr., Pamela Weaver and husband Larry, Cynthia Luciano and husband Tony; John Allard, James Donald Allard and wife Suzie, Henry and Eddie Blackerby; stepfather, Ed Blackerby; brothers, Donald Norris and Gary Norris; sisters, Sharon Norris, Karen Norris, Kathy Norris; 28 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren. A host of other loving family and treasured friends. Emma lived her life for her children, grandchildren and her beloved great grandchildren. She will be remembered by her children as the "best mom ever". Strength and honour were her clothing; Emma was beautiful to all that knew her; she will be missed. Visitation for Emma will be held at Neal Funeral Home on August 1, 2015 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Funeral Services will commence at 12:00 p.m. Interment for Emma will immediately follow at Cleveland Memorial Cemetery. Chistine Shippey will be officiating.
