Faye Eugene Rhea, 61, of Shepherd, Texas passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2016. He was born on Sunday, February 13, 1955 in Houston, Texas to Robert Lee Rhea and Eva Beatrice Rhea, both of whom have preceded him in death. Faye was also preceded in death by his brother, Tillman Rhea. Left to cherish his memory is his brother, Robert Lee Rhea and wife Debra; Best Friends, David Hibler and wife Debi Walker, Pat Ramsey; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Memorial Service to be held at a later day by family. All arrangements' were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
