Julia Gay Gilmore

Julia Gay Gilmore, 75, of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2014. She was born on Wednesday, December 7, 1938 in Atlanta, Texas to Monroe McKinley Alford and Lillian (Gholson) Alford, both of whom have preceded her in death. Julia was also preceded in death, by her husband of 54 years William Donald Gilmore; son, Billy Bruce Gilmore, brothers, James, Gene, and Gerald Alford; sister, Weese Godwin Ener, grandson, Anthony Ray Graham, granddaughter, Stacey Lynn Gilmore; Left to cherish her memory is her loving children; Dianne Bohannon and husband Robert, Donald Ray Gilmore, Kenneth Eugene Gilmore and wife Joanna, Glenda Gail Graham and James; brother, Doyle Alford; sister, Mildred King and husband Henry; grandchildren, Leslie Graham and wife Mandy, Alisha Garland and husband J.T., Tamara Graham and Greg (GG), Kendra Gilmore, Alanna Gilmore, Nate Gilmore, Chris Gilmore, Josh Gilmore and Tess; great-grandchildren, Destiny, Devin, Drake, Drayton, Tiffany, Brittany, Angeline, David, Loren, Kyler; her constant companion, her dog, Check; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Julia will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Morgan Cemetery. Reverend Franklin Howard officiating.
