Mamie Josephine Garrett, 81, of Conroe, Texas, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2016. She was born on Friday, May 3, 1935, in Houston, Texas to John Lloyd and Elizabeth May (Hardaway) Martin, both of whom have preceded her in death. Mamie was also preceded in death by her spouse Anthony Joe Garrett; children, John Anthony, Thomas Earl, Charles Allen Garrett; brother, John Martin; sister Elizabeth York. Left to cherish her memory is her loving son, Doug Garrett and wife Jennifer; daughter, Cheryl Pethoud and husband Rusty; daughter-in-law, Debbie Garrett; grandchildren, Timothy and Christopher Garrett, Misty Graves, Doug Garrett, Ashley Constantine, Tommy Garrett, Angel Allen, Kenny Allen, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Tre and Riley Hood, Harley Garrett, Justin Garrett, Logan Byrd, Parker Graves, Maddie and Keigann Constantine, MacKenzie Allen; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends
