Mattie Delores Clayburn, 84, of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2018. She was born on Sunday, December 24, 1933 in Quanah, Texas to William Albert Stephens and Eva (Wood) Stephens, both of whom have preceded her in death. Mattie was also preceded in death by her spouse, William Howard Clayburn; daughter, Eva Christy and husband Harry; son, Dale Clayburn; granddaughter, Christina Knight. Left to cherish her memory is her loving children, Delores LaCass, William Clayburn and wife Dawn; grandchildren, John Paul Cupstid and wife Chasity, Charles Allen Slack and wife Samantha, Wesley Slack, William Clayburn Jr., David Clayburn, Heather Richardson and husband Tony, and William Davis Taylor and wife Brandy; great-grandchildren, Skylar Richardson, Rachel Clayburn, John Allen Cupstid, Conner Taylor, Kayleigh Taylor, Courtney Keeney, Riley Falvey, Duncan Falvey, Ellison Falvey, and Reese Slack along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends.
