Milton Oneill Lucas, 55, of Rye, Texas passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2014 in Rye, Texas. He was born on Saturday, December 13, 1958 in Conroe, Texas to Tommie Cecil Lucas, Sr. and Elizabeth (Smith) Lucas , both of whom have preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Wayne Elliott Lucas; Left to cherish his memory is brother, Tommie Cecil Lucas, Jr. and wife Judy; sister, Bettie Ann Mateosky and Jerry Dewiine Burns; along with numerous nieces, nephews other loving family and treasured friends. All arrangements were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home
