The world was saddened on July 07, 2016 as Roderick Alan Fort went home to be with his Lord and Savior. Roderick was born in Houston, Texas on May 14, 1954 to Theo Sealmon Fort and Angelina Pawlak Fort both of whom preceded him in death along with his grandfather Harold Hollis Fort. Roderick is survived by his children; Roderick Alan Fort, Jr., Mandi Gale Fort Lizotte, and husband Joseph, Broderick Bronson Fort, and wife Kristen, and Larami Logan Fort; brothers, Reese Fort, and wife Carol Ann, Justin Fort, Melvin Fort, and wife Janell, Hollis Fort, and wife Hope; sisters, Terrie Newman, and husband Carl, Susan Fort; Grandchildren; Dwight Alan Kovich, Orison Anders Lizotte, Troy Conner Fort, Isla June Fort; and other loving family and treasured friends. A family gathering will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Sunday July 10, 2016 from 2pm-4pm.
