Ruth Everitt Obituary

Ruth Everitt, 90, of Shepherd, Texas passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018. She was born on Saturday, November 19, 1927 to George and Alice (Rhodes) Hopper, both of whom have preceded her in death. Ruth was also preceded in death by her 4 sisters; her husband, Collis B. Everitt; her grandson, Collis Bill Everitt and her son-in law, Odis Hopson. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Virginia Hopson, her sons, Jerry Everitt and wife Charlene, George Everitt and wife Gayla, Dan Everitt and wife Sandy; 9 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Ruth will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held at Neal Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 10:00 am. Interment will immediately follow at Magnolia Cemetery. Reverend, Zack Currie, and Reverend Ronald Ellisor will officiate services.
