William Ray Shay, 56, of Splendora, Texas passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2016. He was born on Saturday, May 23, 1959 in Houston, Texas to Williams Lewis Shay and Mary Louise Cummings Shay, both of whom have preceded him in death. William was also preceded in death by his brother, Wayne Shay, nephew, Brandon Shay. Left to cherish his memory is his brother, Ronnie Shay and wife Rhonda; Best Friend, Shari Pastel; neices, Jennifer Shay and husband John, Ashley Shay, Lori Shay, Stephanie Shay; Great Neices, Brooke, Kelsey, Riley; Great Nephew, Brandon; along with other loving family and treasured friends.
All arrangements were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
