Abel David Chapa, 66, of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2018 He was born on Monday, July 14, 1952 in Houston, Texas to Abel Chapa and Marguaita (Bernal) Chapa, both of whom have preceded him in death. Abel was also preceded in death by his, sister, Margaret Aurora Chapa. Left to cherish his memory is his sister, Alice Marie Poulsen and husband Niel; niece, Kristian Chapa; cousin, Ronald Ramos; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends.
All arrangements were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
