Billie Jo Culbertson, 35, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2017. She was born on Tuesday,
June 22, 1982, in Houston, Texas, to David Whitten and Barbara (Culbertson) Whitten. Billie was preceded in death by her grandparents, W. V. and JoAnn Culbertson, and Lucille and James Whitten. Left to cherish her memory is her loving parents, David and Barbara Whitten; son, Seth Culbertson; daughter, Kaitlyn Culbertson; brother, David Whitten, II and wife Sherry; aunts, Martha Culbertson, Virginia Leggett and husband John, Rita Alfred and husband Ronnie; cousin, Amby Lawson; nephew, Ashtin Whitten; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Billie will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Friday, December 29, 2017, from 2:00 p.m., to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services for Billie will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Saturday, December 30, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. Interment for Billie will immediately follow at Morgan Cemetery. Brother Mead officiating.
