Billie Jo Hines, 76, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2017. She was born on Monday,
January 20, 1941, in Santa Fe, New Mexico, to Bill McKinney and Eunice (Whitman) McKinney, both whom have preceded Billie in death. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 45 years, Lonnie J. Hines; daughters, Kathy Miller, Traci Dorman and husband Larry; sister, Sharon McKinney- McCullough; grandchild, Matt Huffman; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends.
All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
