Billy Keith Hilton, 48, of New Caney, Texas passed away suddenly on Monday, April 30, 2018. He was born on Thursday, September 25, 1969 in Houston, Texas. Billy is preceded in death by his father that raised him, Billy Kenneth Miller. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 25 years, Cheryl Brocco Hilton; his mother Billie Sue Miller; birth father James Thomas Hilton; sons, Keith Allen Hilton, and James Robert; sisters, Connie Hilton Garcia and husband Joel, Sherri Nail and husband Clayton, Elisha Hilton Nunnley and husband Scott, Cindy Hilton Young, Dora Luna; brothers, Billy Arthur Miller, Chris Anthony Hilton, Wilson W. Miller and wife Amy; grandchildren, Nathan and Katelyn French; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Billy will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Tuesday,
May 08, 2018 noon to 1 PM. Memorial Service to immediately follow at 1 PM.
