Janice Lee Rigli

Janice Lee Rigli entered the gates of heaven on Sunday, March 10, 2024 at the age of 84. She was born on November 13, 1939 in South Gate, California to Arthur Brooking Cross and Virginia Laura Stuart Cross. Janice loved going to church and was a faithful servant. She loved serving and helping others. She loved writing stories about nature and had a fun sense of humor. She loved nature and stopped everywhere she went to point out its beauty.  She loved her family with all her heart. She had a passion for sewing, gardening, and canning. No words could convey all of the wonderful things she was. Janice is preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Charles Rigli; son, Virgil Darrow; great-grandson, Tyler Graham; brothers, James Cross and Barry Cross; and sister, Audrey Robertson.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Phillip Darrow, Joseph Darrow, Virginia Perry and,  Leslie, and Vicki Stimac; her beloved grandchildren, Christa Darrow , Ashley Darrow, Josh Graham and wife Angela, Tabatha Lightner, Michelle Caskey and husband Jeremy, Heather Perry and  Frank Harris,  Nick Darrow, Brandon Darrow,  Frances Cottrell and Phillip Darrow Jr.; great-grandchildren, Nataya Caskey, Blake Graham, Morgan Graham, Aiden Graham, Jonathan Lightner, Layla Perry, Katelyn Perry, Kyle Perry, Shawn Harris, Haylee Harris, and Hunner Harris; and a host of loving family, nieces and nephews and treasured friends.

A memorial service for Janice will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Cleveland, TX on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at 11:00AM.
