Judith E. Capps, 70, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away on Monday, August 28, 2017. She was born on Sunday, May 11, 1947 in Hampton, Virginia to Bill Smith and Laverne (Martindale) Smith, both whom have preceded in death. Judith was also preceded in death by her brother, Robert L. Smith. Left to cherish her memory is her loving brother, Tommy Smith; sister, Cathy Contreras; nieces, Candy Smith, Robin Smith, Maranda Contreras, and Lena Contreras; nephews, Albert Contreras, and Shane Smith; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends.
All arrangements were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
