Allie Mae Faulkner, a beloved matriarch and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2025, in Livingston, Texas, at the age of 92. Born on April 17, 1933, in Hornbeck, Louisiana, she devoted her life to her family and her faith, leaving behind a legacy of love and compassion.
Allie was known for her unwavering dedication to those around her. She loved her family and friends deeply and was recognized as a faithful servant to the Lord. Her nurturing spirit was evident in all that she did, from her green thumb in gardening and caring for flowers to the joy she found in preparing coffee every morning. Allie took immense pleasure in the beauty of the outdoors, regularly engaging in activities such as hunting and fishing. Her fondness for old western shows was a testament to her appreciation for the simpler joys of life.
She is survived by her son Gary Fulcher Sr. and his wife Shelia; her grandchildren Dennis DeZeeuw and wife Tina, Jennifer Evans and husband Billy Weaver, Gary Fulcher Jr., Justin Fulcher, Shannon Fulcher and wife Charleen, Cheyenne Flores and husband Stephen, and Jason Bagwell and wife Janet and Aldon Fulcher; her great-grandchildren Dylan DeZeeuw, Chelsie Evans, LeAnn Armstrong, Caleigh Evans, Mason Bagwell, Jadyn Bafwell, Stetson Bagwell, Chloe Fulcher, Carson Fulcher, Conner Fulcher, Maddie Fulcher, Temperance Fulcher, Jesse Fulcher, Realynn Fulcher, Noah Fulcher, Westyn Weaver, Andersyn Flores and Lincoln Flores ; her great-great-grandchildren Lilly Goodrum, Allie Hattaway, Scarlett Armstrong, Jaxon Hattaway, Timberlynn Jones, Miley Jones, Paisley DeZeeuw, Adilynn DeZeeuw, Piper Bagwell and Callum Bagwell ; her sister Bobbie Yaws; along with many treasured friends who will miss her dearly.
Allie Mae Faulkner was preceded in death by her husband David Edvin Faulkner, her 2 baby boys, her daughter Janice DeZeeuw, her parents William Fredrick Bolton and Nezzie Mae Sales Bolton, as well as her brothers Edward Bolton, Buddy Bolton, Tommy Bolton, Thadell Bolton, and Alton Bolton, and her sisters Ruby Bedford and Melvis Taylor.
In honor of Allie Mae's life a visitation will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM located at Neal Funeral Home 200 S. Washington Ave. Cleveland, Texas. A funeral service will be held the following day, Friday, September 26, 2025, starting at 11:00 AM, at Neal Funeral Home. An interment will immediately follow at Morgan Cemetery in Splendora, TX.
In celebrating her life, we remember Allie Mae Faulkner's warm heart and the countless ways she touched the lives of those who were fortunate to know her. Her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
