Frances Estel Foley, of Kingwood, Texas, joined her heavenly Father on September 6, 2026, at the age of 86. She was born on March 17, 1940, in Marshall, Texas, and lived a life marked by faith, quiet pleasures, and deep family ties.

Frances was a faithful servant to the Lord and a long-time member of Good Shepherd Baptist Church. Her faith was a part of her life and a steady presence to those who knew and loved her. She found happiness in simple moments, especially sitting out on her front porch, drinking coffee, smoking a cigarette, and watching the world go by.

Frances is welcomed into the gates of heaven by her husband, Thomas Foley Jr., and by her parents, Walton Gilliam and Nettie Gilliam. Their memory remained part of the story of her life, and she now rests again in their company.

Frances leaves behind a family who will carry her memory forward with love. She is survived by her son, Keith Meguire and wife Grace; her brother, Paul Gilliam; her sisters, Rose Schrader and Mildren Fortune; and her granddaughter, Barbara Meguire. In each of their lives, she leaves a lasting place, remembered for her presence, her faith, and the quiet comfort of simply being together.
