Wayne is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Mariann Christine Davis Cisco, and his loving children, Harold Wayne Cisco Jr. and wife Kaleigh, Lindsey Renee "Wagner" Cisco and partner Terry Eugene Beck. He also embraced his role as a caring stepfather to Jacob Andrew Davis and Charles Matthew Davis and wife Rebeka Lynn. Wayne was a proud grandfather to Chad Timothy Brown, Courtney Leann Brown, Carmen Alyssa Brown, Colton Wayne Cisco, Gabrielle Elizabeth Cisco, and Ethan Mendoza Cisco, all of whom brought him immense joy and fulfillment.

He is lovingly remembered by his mother, Doris Jean O'Neal Cisco, and his siblings, Larry Ray Cater and wife Lilia, Shannon Dale Cisco and wife Betty Colbert, Debbie Lay and partner Peggy McCreight, Lisa Cisco Beard and husband Harold, and Shirley Jean DeWeese. Wayne's life touched numerous other family members and a host of treasured friends, who will forever cherish their memories with him.

A man of many interests, Wayne enjoyed the outdoors, finding solace and joy in hunting and fishing. His wit and humor endeared him to those around him, as did his unwavering faith and commitment as a devoted servant of the Lord. Music brought him great pleasure, often filling his home and heart with melodies that resonated deeply within him. Wayne's love of animals was evident in his love for his dogs, Rita, Tucker, and Toby, who were loyal companions by his side.

Wayne's proudest accomplishments included his lifelong membership in the Woodlands Lodge #1157 and the Aldine Lodge #1412, where he earned the honor of Master Mason at the prestigious 33rd degree in both lodges. These affiliations reflect his dedication to community and fellowship, showcasing the values he held dear throughout his life.

Preceding him in death were his father, Harold Cisco, and his cousin, Darrell Cisco. Their memories continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew them.

Harold Wayne Cisco leaves behind a rich tapestry of love, laughter, and lessons that will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him. His remarkable spirit will be greatly missed but will always remain a guiding light in the lives he touched.
