James Roger Jones

James Roger Jones, 75, of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2019. He was born on Sunday, September 12, 1943 in Houston, Texas to Edgar Jones and Martha Effie (Ollre) Smiley Jones, both of whom have preceded him in death.  James was also preceded in death by his, step father, Lonnie Ciffton Smiley, wife, Billye Jean Jones, and brother, Billy Jones.   Left to cherish his memory is his loving son, James David Jones and wife Brenda Diane; brother, Bobby Jones & wife Canelle; grandchild, Brian Jones; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Graveside services for James will be held on Monday, March 25, 2019 at Houston National Cemetery at 10:45 am.
