Larry David Duncan

Larry David Duncan of Cleveland, Texas entered the gates of heaven on Friday, February 16, 2024, at the age of 66. Larry was born on June 28, 1957, in Memphis, Tennessee to Bill and Bert Thomas Duncan. Larry was a proud Local 211 Pipe Fitter for over 40 years. He is preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Vanessa Duncan; and daughter, Holly Duncan Vines. Those left to cherish his memory are his sons Kelly Lee Duncan and Patrick Duncan and his wife Amy; brother, Bobby Duncan; sister, Susan D. Landry and husband Jerry; grandchildren, Ryan Duncan, Valary Duncan, Landon Vines, Maddox Vines, and Savannah Duncan-Sanchez; along with a host of loving family and treasured friends. A memorial service for Larry will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at 2:00 pm in the Chapel at Neal Funeral Home.
