LeRoy Punch, 77, of New Caney, Texas, passed away on September 18, 2026, in Spring, Texas. He was born on July 26, 1949, in Shepherd, Texas.

LeRoy was a faithful servant to the Lord who loved his family and friends deeply. He earned an associate degree and went on to work as a welder, a career from which he later retired. Outside of work, he liked nature and hunting, and he enjoyed listening to music. He will also be remembered for the steady way he stayed connected with those he loved, always calling his family on the holidays and keeping in touch over the years.

His life was centered on faith, family, and enduring relationships. Those who knew him will remember a man whose care for others was shown in simple, meaningful ways and whose presence brought comfort to the people closest to him.

LeRoy is survived by his sons, Adrian Punch, Darien Punch, D'Andre Punch, and Joseph Punch. He also leaves behind his brothers Johnny Ray Punch and his wife, Gladys, as well as Kenneth Punch and Rodney Punch; his sisters Connie Scott and her husband, Willie, and Shirley Pierson and her husband, Kenneth; and his grandchildren: Jonas Punch, Alex Punch, Jordan Punch, Br'Ayah Punch, Brooke Punch, Kingston Punch, Joseph Punch Jr., Jaden Punch, Mayeson Punch, Maddox Punch, Amanda Punch, Courtney Punch, Amanda Philips, Leroy Punch, and Deona Punch. He leaves to them the memory of his love, his faith, and the care he showed in remaining close to family throughout his life.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Bernadette Alexander Punch; his father, Wilmer Punch; his mother, Jessie Charles Punch; his brothers, Barry Punch and Ronnie J. Punch; and his sisters, Doris Faye Punch and Mary Punch.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation with the family on September 26, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Lake Station Baptist Church Cemetery, 6040 FM 1127, Shepherd, Texas 77371. A graveside service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Lake Station Baptist Church Cemetery.

LeRoy Punch will be remembered with love and gratitude by all who knew him, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
