As a tire lube tech at Walmart in Cleveland, Texas, Michael approached his work with a passionate dedication that mirrored his zest for life. He had a unique gift for storytelling, often captivating friends and family with his humorous anecdotes and infectious laughter. This charming ability made him a beloved people person, always ready with a joke to lighten the mood and a listening ear to offer comfort.
Michael was not only passionate about his profession but also about the things that brought him joy. He loved to cast his line into the waters, enjoying peaceful moments fishing while dreaming of adventures yet to come. His heart belonged to his family above all else, but he also cherished his loyal companion, his dog Toby, who provided solace and companionship through life’s ups and downs. Michael's enthusiasm for Star Wars was infectious; he relished watching the films and immersing himself in anything related to this beloved galaxy far, far away.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of nine years, Laura Marie Ryals; their adoring children, Mary Nuñez, Alani Miguel Ryals, Michael "Mikey" Ryals, Mariah Ryals, and Abigail Nadine Ryals; and his father, Paul Douglas Ryals. He is also survived by his cherished siblings, brother Bubba Douglas Ryals; sisters Cindy Rose and her husband Lee, and Valerie Angell and her husband Timothy; and his treasured grandchildren, Matthew, Isaiah, Juanita, and Daniel, whose lives he brightened with his love and warmth. Michael was fortunate to be surrounded by numerous other loving family members and a host of treasured friends, who will forever hold him in their hearts.
Michael's legacy is further enriched by the memory of those who have preceded him in death, including his dear mother, Tanya Lu Anne Kliener, his stepson Donovan Benavidez, his sister-in-law Juanita Ryals, and beloved grandparents Otis and Valeria Ryals, Weldon and Edith Kliener, and his grandma Birdy.
