Mingli Shannon-Rutledge

Mingli Shannon-Rutledge, 52, of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Monday, March 14, 2022. She was born on Friday, July 18, 1969, in Jilin-Jilin, China, to Xiangchen Wang and Shuzhen   Yi. Mingli was preceded in death by her father, Xiangchen Wang. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, John Rutledge; daughter, Sigi (NanNan) Zhang; mother, Shuzhen Yi; brother, Andao Wang and wife Saohong Han; sister, Hongxia Wang; nephews, Yiming Wang and Weizheng Yan; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. A memorial service for Mingli will be held at a later date that is to be determined. Mingli was a much loved waitress, at China One in Cleveland, Texas. She will be sorely missed

A memorial service for Mingli will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Monday, April 25, 2022, at 4:00 PM
