Nina Powell

Nina V Powell, 82, of Romayor, Texas passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2019. She was born on Wednesday, January 20, 1937 in Romayor, Texas to Leroy Scott and Jessie Mae (Hamilton) Scott, both of whom have preceded her in death.  Nina was also preceded in death by her husband, Walter Powell; daughter, Shelia Powell; brothers, Leroy Scott, Jr. and Tony Scott; sister, Othella Reescano.   Left to cherish her memory is her loving  daughter, Daria Powell; special niece, Darlene Scott; brothers, Larry Scott, Don Scott, Sr, and wife Mertis, Milton Scott and wife Flora; sister, Laura Bolds and husband Roosevelt; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Nina will be held at Neal Funeral Home on December 11, 2019 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.  Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 am.  Interment for Nina will immediately follow at Dolen Cemetery.   Reverend Charles Hines, and Elder Clifton Powell, officiating.
