Richard Cutsinger, 73, of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 He was born on Monday, February 14, 1949 in Bay Town, Texas to Lyod Cutsinger and Wanda Baysinger, both of whom have preceded him in death. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Tina Cutsinger; brother Johnny Custsinger, along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends.
All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
