Sylvia Higgins, 79, of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023. She was born on Monday, August 23, 1943, in Valley, Alabama. Sylvia was preceded in death by her children, Bubba Lowery, Pete Lowery, Tracy Lively, mother, Margie Matthews, sister, Lydia Matthews. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Edward Higgins; son, Gerald Lowery; 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends.
All arrangements were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
